Governor Lifting Tool With Chain Fall for GE FDL and EMD Engines

This tool is used to remove and install engine governors on both GE and EMD locomotives. A pickup adapter (T55603AB) is screwed into the top of the governor, replacing the eye hook and is then slid into the slot at the tip of the lifter. A safety bar is then placed at the end to ensure the adapter does not slide out. It is also equipped with a chain fall configuration that allows for level pickup of the governor.
