GEVO and Tier 4 Cam Bearing Installation and Removal Kit
Product Description
The T85462K Cam Bearing Kit includes all the items required for installing or removing cam bearings on GEVO and Tier 4 Engines without duplication. The T85601B Pump and Hose Kit (ref.3) powers both installation and removal kits (ref. 1 & 2). This can be split into two separate kits as well - the kit for installing/removing small bearings (T85462) and to install/remove the large bearings (T85602) are available separately. The T85601B Pump can be ordered separatley as well.
the T85602 (ref. 2) kit is used to install and remove the large bearings that populate the main frame. For bare frames a starter spacer (ref. A) is included to start the installation process and the pump kit only uses one hose to power the single acting ram. Reference B is a small diameter mandrel that can be used to install the large bearings by anchoring in the small diameter bore. Reference C is a pushing collar that is used to remove the large bearings.
The T85462 (ref. 1) is used to install and remove the small bearings. Both hoses of the pump kit are used to power the double acting ram.
