T4 Strong Back and Liner Lifter

The T40292 was designed to attach to the strong back and liner and lift at 22.5 degrees for installation and removal. The shackle assembly can also be installed in the front position to lift the strong back and liner assembly vertically. The position changed slightly from the previous T40291 version to accurately reflect the 22.5 degree position. Two nylon spacers are bolted to the bottom of the lifter to prevent any liner 'O' ring damage. Four 3/8-16 X 3" socket head bolts are installed upward through the strongback and secured w/flangenuts. The top of the lifter is marked with "cam followers" in the front position and "exhaust manifold" in the rear to ensure the plate is installed properly. The T40292 is rated at 650 lbs, and the replacement hardware set (4 socket heads and flange nuts) is part number T40292BS.
