EMD Cylinder Lower Liner Seal Remover and Installer Kit

This tool was developed to remove and install cylinder lower liner seals with a single tool placement. It is accomplished with a dual action ram and wobble plate assembly. The tool is installed in the cylinder bore, by rotating the wobble plate and extending the ram. The wobble plate can be placed under the liner seal. Reversing the ram will pull the liner seal out. A new liner seal is then placed in position for installation and the ram direction reversed. This will accommodate installation. Our T57170 "C" Frame Manipulator can be used with the power assembly attachment to install and remove this puller. This unit now includes an extension to accommodate the deeper bore in a 710 engine.
