EVO Water Based Intercooler Remover/Installer

This tool is used to remove and install the water based intercoolers on Evolution Engines. The tool features a robust direct driven roller chain drive to perform the change outs.   The direct drive mechanism features a 3/4" female square drive as shown below and drives the installation and removal of the intercooler through the use of a ratchet wrench. Studs are used to thread into the frame to guide the fixture in place and are retained with the nuts provided. A ratcheting box end wrench is included for ease of installation. The plate then bolts onto the exposed intercooler face and is attached to the puller arm for removal and installation.

There is also a T85373AP Adapter Plate available for the newer bolt pattern (non-rectangular) and this will bolt onto the cab, and the T85373 will attach directly to it. Replacement leg sets (the threaded ends that rest on the handrail) are available as well.
