Product Description
The T57170 "C" Frame Manipulator was designed and tested in 1993 to install/remove Power Assemblies on EMD Engines and the concept was to have a single lifting platform that could be outfitted with a custom appliance to lift and manipulate heavy components out of the car body. Fast forward to today and the line of Appliances has grown to over 40 attachments servicing all models of GE and EMD Engines. Recently the part number was superseded to T57171 as an additional six inches of height was added to clear some of the newer car body configurations.
