Hydraulic Assisted C-Frame With Storage Cart

Electric powered pump with the lever control console allows extending/retracting two hydraulic rams.  The top ram positions the 'C' Frame pick up point.  The bottom ram controls the pitch of the selected appliance. Interfaces with all existing 'C' Frame appliances. Lifter is intended to be operated level to ensure close coupling to lifts and includes a dedicated storage stand.
