Product Description
This appliance is used to install/remove Upright FDL Oil Coolers with a T57170 "C" Frame. The appliance secures the cooler with a ratcheting strap and the angle is changed by operating the hydraulic ram on the "C" Frame. T59991-S Replacement Straps are available.
